DIRECTIONS: Before applying nail coating, saturate a plastic-backed pad with SCRUBFRESHTM and scrub nail plate using firm pressure, concentrating on the cuticle and sidewall areas. For best results, prep one hand and apply the product before proceeding to the next hand.
